- Panaget has put all its know-how into the manufacture of quality, real wood flooring under the Realwood label. This material uses much less energy than any other material. Furthermore, every time trees are felled, the forests are replanted for future generations.
PANAGET is committed to preserving the balance of our forestry heritage throughout the manufacturing process. Not only is the waste (sawdust) recovered, it is put to good use by providing energy for our kilns and heating for our premises. The company also sorts its waste (plastics, metals, etc).
- The CE label on our flooring is proof of PANAGET’s guarantee that it complies with the requirements set by the EU, for example that it does not contain formaldehyde, there are no pentachlorophenol emissions, it is fire resistant, etc.
- To be totally consistent with its sustainable development commitments, Panaget gives preference to its flooring being designed in wood from the regions of France and Europe, in particular oak, chestnut and beech. The supply of these species timber is in accordance with PEFC certification.
- Using French lumber means that Panaget can achieve exceptional overall energy efficiency.
- The surfaces of PANAGET flooring, whether treated with varnish or sealer, do not contain formaldehyde or other harmful volatile substances (VOC). They are harmless to both people and the environment. PANAGET flooring meets the E1 standard.
